싱가포르항공

싱가포르항공은 지난 20여 년 동안, 지역항공사에서 세계항공업계의 선두 주자로 빠르게 발전하였습니다. 싱가포르항공은 타임 아시아(Time Asia)판, 비즈니스 트레블러 아시아퍼시픽(Business Traveller Asia-Pacific), 미국 트레블 앤 레저(Travel & Leisure) 등 세계적으로 권위 있는 언론사에서 매년 실시하는 설문 조사에서 세계 최고의 항공사로 자주 등장하고 있을 만큼 엄청난 발전을 이루었습니다. 특히 비즈니스 트래블러지 설문조사에서는 8년 연속 최고의 항공사로 선정될 만큼 안전성, 기내서비스 등에서 세계적인 명성을 얻고 있는 항공사입니다. 싱가포르항공은 100대 이상의 항공기로 50 여 개 국 70 여 노선을 운항하고 있는 세계적인 항공사 입니다.

싱가포르항공 한국지사

싱가포르항공의 한국지사는 1974년 7월 2일에 교통부로부터 국제항공운수업 면허인가를 받아 첫 업무를 시작하였으며, 1975년 8월 18일에 서울～싱가포르간 노선을 처음으로 취항하였습니다. 싱가포르항공은 2001년 기준 서울～싱가포르 주 22회, 서울～방콕 주 5회, 서울～벤쿠버 주 3회, 서울～샌프란시스코 주 7회의 한국 경유 노선을 운항하고 있으며, 전세계 40개 국 90여 도시에 항공기를 운항하고 있습니다.

싱가포르항공은 한국을 경유하는 모든 노선에서, 한국인 승객에게 좀 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위한 노력을 끊임없이 계속하고 있습니다. 1995년에는 업계 최초로 기내식에 김치와 고추장을 제공하기 시작하였으며, 한식 메뉴도 준비가 되었고, 또한 한국인 승객들의 편안한 여행을 위해 한국인 승무원을 탑승시킴은 물론이고 한국가요, 한국신문 및 잡지를 제공하고 있으며, KBS에서 방영하는 한국 뉴스 시청도 가능합니다. 현재 싱가포르항공의 한국지사에는 약 120여 명의 직원이 근무하고 있습니다.

월200만원 급여 + 상여금 + 주택보조비 + 퇴직금 ( 보너스 600% ) 1년에 한번 100% 할인티켓, 76% 할인티켓 사용가능, 세탁비제공, 1년에 21일 휴가

자격조건
  • 외항사 채용시 자격조건은 자주 변동합니다. 싱가포르 항공사는 유일하게 4년제학위를 요구합니다.
  • 18세 이상 (나이제한 없음, 2000년도 중반에만 하더라도 27세 미만으로 나왔었는데, 최근엔 제한을 두지않습니다.
  • 키 : 158cm 이상
  • 교정 시력 : 1.0 이상
  • 학사학위 보유자(4년제 졸업예정자 포함)
  • 영어 능통자, 싱가폴 거주 가능자, 기혼자 가능

싱가포르항공 특징

유니폼

싱가포르 항공의 유니폼은 독특합니다. 말레이 반도의 전통 의상을 현대적으로 디자인한 유니폼입니다. 싱가포르 항공 승무원은 1년에 4벌의 유니폼을 받는데, 그때마다 시침바늘을 합니다. 목 선과 쇄골, 가슴 사이즈, 상반신의 허리위치가 다르기 때문에 일반 옷과 다르게 정말 신체가 비슷하지 않는 이상 남의 유니폼을 입기가 힘듭니다.

가포르 항공의 유니폼은 직급을 나타내기도 합니다.
1. 일반 승무원은 파랑색 유니폼
2. 객실장은 초록색 유니폼
3. 부사무장급은 빨강색 유니폼
4. 사무장급은 보라색 유니폼

스튜어드 채용

현재 싱가포르항공은 다른 외항사와는 다르게 스튜어드를 채용하지않습니다.

그 밖의 특징

싱가포르 항공사의 기내식은 정말 다른항공사와 비교가 안될 정도로 신경을 많이 씁니다. 음식에 대한 노력은 정말 감탄사가 나올 정도입니다.
육류와 채식을 원하는 승객을 분류하는 것은 기본이고, 승객에게 별도의 주문을 받습니다. 기념일도 따로 분류하고, 유아식도 준비합니다.
그리고 싱가포르 항공의 인턴기간은 정말 체계적인 교육이 진행됩니다. 일종의 연수원에서 받는데 학교라고 생각하시면 될 것 같습니다.
규정도 엄격하고 평일 9~6시까지 교육을 받습니다. 현재는 3개월로 단축되으며, 정장 차림에 승무원 머리와 화장을 해야 합니다.
